FABIAN RUCCO
Contemporary artist
Fabián Rucco was born in Rosario, Argentina, in 1973. He is a sculptor and Professor of Fine Arts, having graduated from the Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where he currently teaches with a specialization in sculpture.
For more than fifteen years, he has exhibited his work both individually and collectively in museums, cultural centers, and art galleries. Throughout his extensive career, Rucco has received significant recognition, including being named “Distinguished Artist” by the Concejo Municipal de Rosario in 2016. In 2023, he was awarded a “Diploma of Honor” for his artistic trajectory by the Cámara de Diputados de Argentina.
He has been repeatedly selected to participate in international sculpture symposiums, biennials, and competitions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America, earning numerous national and international awards and distinctions.
Rucco has more than 30 public sculptures installed in cities across Germany, Argentina, Chile, Denmark, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Japan, Lithuania, Peru, Thailand, and Uruguay.
